To Server a Master: Chapter 6

On the Monday Morning of the induction I was moved into the induction centre and placed in a cage, a short time later another slave from my original group was led back to the same cage, the chief master was there with him.

“We have back “Squaded” 20374 as he was not quite ready to be a pup, so he will be sharing your cage, you two will be brought out before the new arrivals, as examples of what happens when you try and beat us, especially you 20376.

“Yes Sir.”

Very good, oh and gents as punishment for having to do induction again, you will be sharing this cage for the next four weeks.

With that he left.

A short while later a big plasma screen was wheeled in by two slaves and then it was checked by a stable hand.

A while later we were given bread and water and left alone.

Suddenly the door was thrown open and the cages with the new inductees arrived, they were lined up like we had been 8 or so weeks ago.

The Chief master came in.

You apprentice slaves are here to learn how to become slaves, there is an assessment program that goes on threw out the training, which by the end of it you will receive a grade, the grades are simple.

A – Excellent Slave requires little supervison, ideal for all levels of master. If you score an A you will also get 50 days of service added to your record.

B – Good slave requires some supervision and control, ideal for most levels of master. If you score a B you will get 10 days of service added to your record.

C – Slave Requires supervision and control, ideal for masters who have previously owned slaves for long periods and have reached level 3.

D – Underachiever, Requires direct supervision and control, and ongoing training, this slave is only offered to Level 4 Masters and above and is subject to assessment after 6 months to achieve slave status, service will not start until they have successfully passed re-assessment.

E – FAILED, slave will be required to resit the entire training course as they have not met even the most basic training requirements set by the final assessment. Apprentices who achieve this grade will not gain any service and will be subject to a more thurough training program with one of our top grade slave trainers.

“The training program, is broken down into simple stages.”

1. Induction, this lasts for two weeks, this is where we break you away from your past as a free man, and train you to realise your new position. Some of you will be thinking that you will fight us all the way, in that case you remain in the indoctrination block for longer until we break you, normally most of you will be out of here to the kennels within two weeks, those of you who are not will have to wait in the Discipline wing until the next course.

Now boys if you think you can beat induction think again. With that he clicked his fingers and he called for 20374 he crawled out and over to where the chief master was standing.

“Stand up 20374 and face the new inductees.”

“Boy what is your name.”

“Sir this slave has no name.”

“Who owns your body.”

“Sir the IMA owns this body.”

“Boy what are you.”

“Sir this slave is a worthless piece of fuck meat who failed his puppy training.”

Thats right gentleman 20374 failed his puppy training and returned to Induction for re-education by us.

“Now lets watch some TV it is the last thing you will see on TV for a while, take note of it.”

Whilst I couldn’t see the TV I could here it, and I heard my first induction interview.

No ones.

Now lets watch a few scenes of his induction training said the chief master, and then I heard some more of the punishment, and then I heard the moment I broke, it brought back the memories of the suffering.

20376 come here he ordered.

I crawled over 20374 and then out towards the chief master.

“20376 answer the following.”

With that he asked all 10 questions and I answered all of them as was expected.

“Boys, whilst slaves may be delayed in getting to the market within the IMA, we Don’t ever let a slave go free, and this is a pure example of that, watch this.”

“Boy Wank your self off in front of these people and cum into your hand.”

I did as was ordered willingly I shot my load quickly as I had not wanked in weeks, the load was quite large.

“Now boy lick your hands clean.”

I did as the CTM ordered and I licked my hands clean you could here some of the new inductees groan as I did what I was ordered, they were all visibly shocked.

“boys you can not win, accept your status in life and take the easy life.”

“20376 what are you.”

“Sir this boy is nothing more than a worthless piece of fuck meat.”

“Exactly, get back to your cage.”

To continue the training phases then.

1. Puppy training, the most basic of slave is a human puppy, it is a good way of training you to understand basic commands and instructions, during this time you will not be permitted to stand on two feet except for one hour in the excercise yard a day you will eat in the slave canteen from bowls on the floor like the dogs you are, this lasts 4 weeks with the last weekend of that time being spent as a puppy to a master at the IMA Club and at a BDSM club.

2. Basic Sex training, you may think you know how to please a man, but you will know by the end of these two weeks, you will be trained in the best ways to satisfy your potential masters. There will be regular assessments by the stable hands in these two weeks.

3. Basic Domestic Service, here you will learn how to cook, clean, and care for your masters property including yourself, this lasts 4 weeks.

4. Final Assessment, here you will spend two weeks in the service of a master who will assess your every move and task and this forms 60% of your final grade.

What happens after your training is that unless you have a master already you will be auctioned off to IMA Members who will then take ownership of you and you will work for them.

Me, I am the STC’s Chief Master, that means I am responsible for this place and the SDW (Slave Discipline Wing) that is where you are sent if a master sends you for discipline or if you need to wait for a new training date.

Trust me you don’t want to spend to long in there, it is not a nice place to be, there is no such thing as a mild punishment there.

Behind you are your 8 training masters one for each of you they are to be addressed as master.

To your left there are the 8 stable hands assigned to this group of apprentices, they will undertake some of the training and also are responsible for moving you from point a to point b.

You will start of in here accept when you are in indoctrination training, the quicker you accept your new position in life the quicker you move out of here to the

“Kennel” where their is at least a little more comfort for you, after all we all like our puppys don’t we men. They all laughed.

Boy’s your status in this facility is nothing, you don’t have one, until you achieve a “C” grade you are nothing, you are not a slave, you are an apprentice that mean’s even a slave has more rights than you.

“Oh on graduating from here there is a collering ceremony at the IMA Club in London, that will happen the Friday before the auction when you are sold to your new life as the property of a man.”

“Goodnight boys do try and sleep as it is going to be a long two weeks for you, and to help you settle down to sleep each one of you is going to be gagged.   Me and 20374 were also gagged and left to sleep, but with the added discomfort of having our hands secured behind our backs to avoid us wanking.

The next morning we were fed and then taken and shaved and cleaned the same as the first time I was here following that I was led into a different room this time, and there I was ordered to kneel in the middle of the room.

Shortly after the door was opened and I could here foot steps behind me.

“Stand up boy” demanded a familiar voice.

“Sit on the chair.”

I did as was ordered.

“Now boy, let me ask you some questions and don’t turn around.”

The voice was familiar, but I still couldn’t place it, I had heard it before.

By the time he had finished answering the questions I knew I had met the master before.

“Very good boy, now lets go through them again.”

This time the owner of the voice walked round and I instantly recognised my new trainer as Simon, who had been brought in to “sit” me when I stayed with Adam that time.

After the questioning Simon said, “Shocked aren’t you boy, well you see it was decided by me and Adam that I had became more dom than sub and he offered me a chance to put those characteristics into use on a more permanent basis, so here I am now working as a training master, I joined the team just a little to late for your initial induction so missed all the fun, well now I get to train you myself and ensure you are ready to serve the IMA’s masters.”

He continued questioning me for the next 3 hours before being satisfied, he left and I was allowed to use the excercise yard for an hour before being returned to my cage.

Me and 20374 spent the night still in the same cage even though one had been vacated by a potential slave who had decided to fight the inevitable.

So for the next two weeks I remained cooped up in a cage designed for one with 20374, finally the end of the induction came and on the Sunday we were all collected, 8 out of the 9 of us would be moving forward, one was remaining behind and this time I was the one who got to crawl out before the watchfull eyes of a dirty smelly guy who was locked in the hole, I had sympathy for him but I was glad to be out, even if it was to the “Pup” training wing.
